Automotive air-conditioning radiator manufacturers offer finned radiators, which can be categorized by fin structure into: wrapped-fin type; staggered-fin type; welded-fin type; and rolled-fin type.

Currently, steel-aluminum composite finned tubes are widely used. They combine the pressure resistance of steel pipes with the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum, and are manufactured by a specialized machine through a composite process. Under operating conditions of 210℃, their contact thermal resistance is virtually zero.
